Are you passionate about hospitality and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere? Hotel Amigo is looking for a hands on Assistant Bar Manager. You will support the Bar Manager in the smooth day-to day operations of the bar, supervising the team and delivering an unforgettable experience for guests ensuring the impeccable compliance of the service standards.
Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will
* Supervises the bar team and gives instructions to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times
* Supervises the setup of the bar, tables, service equipment, necessary accessories
* Participates in service activities
* Assists in onboarding and training of staff
* Monitors orderliness and cleanliness in the bar, as well as staff presentation
* Resolves customer issues and inquiries
* Checks stock and conducts inventory
