UI efa is recruiting a: IT Service Desk Officer
This job is based in Luxembourg Responsibilities As an IT Service Desk Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and managing our company's IT equipment. Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network).
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Participating in IT environment evolution projects (deployment, updates, migrations, etc.).
Training and assisting users on IT tools and best practices.
Degree in Information Technology
First experience in IT support, workstation management, and alert console monitoring is beneficial.
Fluency in English and French is required.
