🔍 What You’ll Do
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology-related roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers).
* Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and market challenges.
* Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive search and market mapping.
* Conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
* Support recruitment for financial and banking profiles (nice to have).
* Represent Qaracter’s culture and values in every interaction.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally for IT roles (software, infra, data, cloud…).
* High level of English (B2–C1) — essential for interviews and daily communication.
* Experience recruiting in consulting, tech, or banking environments is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a people-first mindset.
* Ability to manage several processes at once and deliver a great candidate experience.
