Equine Anesthetist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Equine Anesthetist to join our dynamic team at Via Nova Equine Services in Bree, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality care to equine patients.
Position Details
* Role: Equine Anesthetist
* Schedule: 4 days per week
* Start Date: As soon as possible
* Salary: Competitive, based on education and experience
Key Responsibilities
* Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of equine procedures
* Monitor and manage patients before, during, and after anesthesia
* Collaborate closely with surgeons and veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care
* Contribute to the development and improvement of anesthesia protocols
Requirements
* Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Europe
* One of the following:
o ECVAA Diplomate
o Board‑eligible resident (ECVAA)
o Veterinarian with strong interest and proven experience in equine anesthesia
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Commitment to high standards of animal care and welfare
