With solid investor backing and increasing demand, CHARP is now entering a new phase of growth — and they are hiring a Sales Manager to lead the commercial development, bring structure, and help grow sustainably.

Your Responsibilities
Business Development
→ Follow up on active leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities in Belgium and abroad (museums, institutions, galleries, etc.)
Relationship & Key Account Management
→ Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, partners and prescribers in the cultural sector.
Team Management & Coaching
→ Manage and coach 2 sales colleagues, set priorities, provide guidance, and drive performance.
Process Optimization
→ Bring structure to the sales pipeline, define clear KPIs, and improve internal communications and reporting.
Representation & Events
→ Attend fairs, conferences, and networking events to increase CHARP’s visibility and build strategic connections.
Reporting to the CEO and the Board
→ Present sales updates and progress every 6–8 weeks to the Board of investors in addition to an operational reporting directly to the CEO.
Who We’re Looking For
* 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in service or solution sales (bonus if you’ve worked with public institutions, or the cultural world)
* Passion for arts, culture or heritage is a big plus – but more important is your ability to sell with nuance and authenticity
* A strong sense of ownership – you’re proactive, disciplined, and don’t wait for others to take the lead
* Comfortable managing a small team, with a “lead by example” approach
* Strong soft skills – empathetic, perceptive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to different stakeholders
* Fluent in English (mandatory); Dutch and/or French are strong assets
