Summary
Ensure general maintenance and minor repairs of buildings and equipment to guarantee proper functioning and safety for all occupants.
What will be your responsibilities?
Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Monitor interventions and report any anomalies.
Handle small installation and improvement projects.
Maintain cleanliness and order in technical areas.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
Who are we looking for?
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
Education/technical background: Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent); technical diploma or equivalent hands-on experience.
IT skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Languages: Fluent in French & Dutch. English is a plus.
