About the Role
We are looking for an International Product Manager to support market entry, drive adoption in new markets, and coordinate commercial and clinical activities—starting with a strong focus on the UK. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role bridging product management, marketing, market development, and partner coordination. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and curious individual who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and working with purpose-driven medical technologies that address intimate and underserved patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Development: Lead early-stage market development in the UK by building relationships with clinicians, partners, and healthcare stakeholders.
* Global Expansion: Support the implementation of the product and therapy in new international markets, and identify key stakeholders to open new professional relationships.
* Commercial Strategy: Contribute to the execution of commercial strategies with local distribution partners or business development teams.
* Marketing Execution: Coordinate local marketing activities aligned with the global strategy and localize materials, starting with the UK.
* Clinical Coordination: Collaborate closely with the UK nurse team to organize education programs, training sessions, and clinical events.
* Field Insights: Support the setup and monitoring of pilot programs, gathering field feedback to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Strategic Reporting: Provide market insights and structured reporting for senior management while assisting in building scalable processes as the company grows.
Profile & Requirements
* Background in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
* Ideally 2–5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, commercial support, or country coordination.
* Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working hands-on in a small, fast-paced environment.
* Experience in chronic care, bowel management, or rehab is an advantage.
* Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.
