As part of its European commercial structuring, it is strengthening its team with a Sales & Business Development Manager EMEA to grow partner networks, accelerate sales, and expand market presence.
Job Description
* Develop and manage an EMEA distributor network
* Identify and onboard new strategic partners
* Support distributors in the field and with end customers
* Analyze customer requests and coordinate quotations
* Negotiate commercial terms in line with internal guidelines
* Track opportunities and sales forecasts
* Contribute to marketing actions and market visibility
* Gather and report market and competitive intelligence
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 5 years' experience in technical B2B sales
* Strong electrical or technical background
* Proven commercial drive and business development mindset
* Autonomous, reliable, and integrity-driven
* Fluent English mandatory, French a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
