The Commercial Regulated Department at our headquarters in Brussels is looking for a Key Account Manager CH₄ (m/f/x).
Job purpose
Contribute to Fluxys' development and the achievement of its commercial objectives in Belgium and adjacent markets. Act as a central point of contact for managing commercial activities with customers, prospects and counterparties. Identify market needs, help to define new services, and promote and sell service offerings.
Your responsibilities
* Sales generation and customer management
* You will identify and contact prospects and customers, provide them with expert information about the services offered and identify their specific needs
* You will be responsible for marketing and actively selling available services to existing and new customers, as well as day-to-day contract management for a portfolio of customers
* Market understanding and service development
* You will understand the value chain of the CH₄ and LNG markets and monitor their developments and trends
* You will support the development of solutions and services for the market, in collaboration with the Services Development Department
* Stakeholder management
* You will liaise with multiple internal stakeholders (Marketing, Gas Flow, Capacity Studies & Simulations, Metering, etc.) and the sales departments of Fluxys subsidiaries to answer questions from customers, prospects and third parties
* Commercial SPOC for adjacent TSOs
* You will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for adjacent gas transmission system operators for all matters relating to the application or revision of interconnection agreements or joint commercial developments
About you
* You hold a master's degree in civil, industrial or commercial engineering, economics or law or equivalent
* You have excellent analytical skills, a strong intellectual curiosity and an appetite for continuous learning
* You have over three years' relevant professional experience in a commercial role, preferably in the energy sector
* You have a keen interest in the energy sector
* You are willing to take on challenges and are open to pushing your limits
* You are committed, responsible and results-oriented
* You feel energised by working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
* You are able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, work well in a team and have a can-do attitude
* You possess excellent communication skills and are a good listener
* You have an excellent command of English and French and/or Dutch
