🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between IT production and business stakeholders
* Ensure smooth operation of applications and infrastructure services (Run & Change)
* Coordinate internal teams to maintain service quality and performance
* Provide regular updates and visibility to business on service status and delivery
* Manage and oversee the IT project portfolio aligned with business needs
* Handle escalations and resolve business issues effectively
* Advise business teams on IT products, services, and technology roadmap
* Promote IT production strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives
🔹 Experience Required
* 6+ years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management or similar role
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, production operations, and cybersecurity
* Experience with ITIL methodologies and service management frameworks
* Understanding of resilience concepts: DRP, BCP, High Availability (HA)
* Experience defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs)
* Proven experience managing IT/business relationships and stakeholder communication
* Budget management and issue resolution experience
* Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
* Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in multicultural environments
* Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
* Comfortable with hybrid work model (50% onsite / 50% remote)
