Job Description
Provide legal support and business-oriented advice on commercial contracts
Manage corporate housekeeping for multiple international entities
Review and handle compliance issues including data privacy, anti-corruption, and competition law
Proactively manage disputes and claims with third parties
Support internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and sales on global corporate projects
The Successful Applicant
Belgian Master's degree in Law
A first experience in corporate and commercial law, either in a law firm or in-house
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or Spanish is an asset
Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication and networking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments
