Role Summary
The Turnkey Solutions Development Manager plays a pivotal role in accelerating Daikin Europe’s growth across the EMEA region. This position leads the expansion of our Turnkey business by empowering affiliates, driving strategic sales pipelines, and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects. Through cross-functional collaboration and market-focused leadership, you will help shape Daikin’s service offering and strengthen its presence in key markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead strategic sales and market expansion by coordinating the rollout of Turnkey business initiatives in our affiliates across EMEA.
2. Drive and challenge quotation pipelines and sales opportunities within the affiliates to maximise conversion and revenue.
3. Provide targeted sales support for large and complex projects, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
4. Standardise Turnkey solution offerings and associated documentation for consistency and scalability.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Key Account teams to streamline sales.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators including revenue, margin, and pipeline health.
Candidate Profile
7. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8. Proven experience in sales management within the building industry and services, ideally in HVAC or design and build projects
9. Technical understanding on HVAC systems or/and stakeholder management skills.
10. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
11. Willingness to travel across EMEA.
