Among its extremely rich archive of over 3, designs, Delvaux’s emblematic creations include The Brillant, The Tempête, The Pin, The Cool Box and The Lingot. Steeped in emblematic addresses around the world, from Paris to London, New York, Milan, Tokyo, Seoul or Beijing, all 60 Delvaux boutiques are different. Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Training Intern to support our Retail Experience, Training & VM team for 6 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, learning content creation, training coordination, and international collaboration within the luxury retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Create, edit and upload digital training content (articles, quizzes, visuals, and videos) on our internal Learning App (My Arsenal).
- Training Materials: Assist in the development and updates of face-to-face training materials (PowerPoints, toolkits, guides) in line with our Maison’s tone and visual identity.
- Learning Design: Collaborate on the creation of engaging learning activities based on adult learning principles (VARK, experiential learning, etc.).
- Training Feedback & Analysis: Help gather, organise and analyse post-training feedback to evaluate the impact and suggest improvements.
- Training Community Coordination: Support the coordination and preparation of our monthly Global Training Community calls (agendas, slide decks, minutes, follow-ups).
- Regional Coordination: Follow up with regional teams to ensure training modules are translated and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing training projects related to product launches, client experience, and trainer upskilling initiatives.
Profile:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Learning & Development, Education, Communication, HR, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, content creation, and the luxury retail industry.
- Familiarity with Articulate / Rise or similar digital authoring tools is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of French, Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint and collaborative tools (, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canva, AnyDo).
- Creative mindset with a strong visual sense and a desire to make learning engaging and relevant.
