As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will:
* Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions, including servers, networking, firewalls, and databases,
* Utilize your Azure expertise to ensure seamless cloud integrations and optimization,
* Leverage knowledge of other cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud) to build a scalable multi-cloud environment,
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to streamline cloud resource management,
* Apply DevOps practices for enhanced collaboration between development and operations, ensuring CI/CD efficiency,
* Monitor and manage cloud costs to optimize resources,
* Secure cloud infrastructure by adhering to compliance standards and best practices,
* Optimize performance to align with business needs and efficiency goals,
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution,
* Maintain detailed documentation and provide training to team members.
You are a great fit for the role if you have:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus),
* Proven experience in cloud infrastructure setup and management,
* Expertise in Azure and familiarity with at least one other provider (AWS, Google Cloud),
* Hands-on experience with IaC tools and DevOps practices, including CI/CD,
* Demonstrated ability to manage cloud costs effectively,
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
* Knowledge of cloud security and compliance,
* The ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud,
* Dutch language skills (English is required),
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
