Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis
* Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications using BPMN and UML.
* Design data models that align with business needs, including conceptual and logical data modelling.
Documentation
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as functional specs, process flows, and system interactions.
* Ensure documentation is up-to-date, versioned, and adheres to internal standards.
Communication & Collaboration
* Maintain close collaboration with:
* Architects
* Developers & Testers
* Business Analysts
* Project Managers
* Business Stakeholders
* Provide consistent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Testing & Validation
* Define test cases and participate in validation activities.
* Support defect analysis and resolution during testing phases.
Incident & Problem Management
* Contribute to the resolution of functional incidents and issues in coordination with development and support teams.
