You’ll help move the region toward a scalable, systems ‑ enabled model that supports Hologic’s continued growth.brYou’ll also lead a small team and work closely with global trade compliance leadership, playing a key role in shaping the future of the function.brYour responsibilities will include:brLeading the development and execution of the EMEA trade compliance strategy, aligning regional execution with global policy and prioritiesbrDriving the implementation and optimisation of Global Trade Management systems, partnering closely with IT and global teamsbrEmbedding trade compliance processes into system workflows to improve automation, visibility and controlbrEstablishing consistent regional practices for import/export compliance, tariff classification, country of origin determination and export control classificationbrOverseeing restricted party screening, end ‑ use due diligence and export transaction reviewsbrManaging relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders and external advisors, ensuring compliant and efficient cross ‑ border operationsbrIdentifying opportunities to leverage preferential trade programs and duty mitigation strategiesbrPartnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and Commercial teams to integrate compliance into operational processesbrSupporting audits, regulatory inquiries and governance frameworks across the regionbrDeveloping KPIs, dashboards and reporting to track compliance performance and risk trendsbrBuilding regional capability by coaching teams, supporting stakeholders and fostering a strong culture of compliancebrWhat We’re Looking ForbrWe’re seeking a trade compliance professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong process and systems thinking.brYou will bring:brExperience in trade compliance, global trade operations, or a related fieldbrExpertise across import compliance, tariff classification, valuation, export controls and screeningbrExperience implementing or operating Global Trade Management systems (Oracle GTM, SAP GTS, or similar)brExperience working across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and regulatory frameworksbrProven success driving cross ‑ functional initiatives and process standardisationbrExperience working with customs brokers, logistics providers and internal operational teamsbrIt would be advantageous if you have:brExperience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industriesbrExposure to automation, analytics or digital transformation initiativesbrProfessional certifications in customs, trade compliance or supply chainbrWhy Join Hologic?brAt Hologic, you’ll be part of a company where your work directly supports innovations that improve and save lives.
