9. Candidates with experience in AV / ProAV domain is preferred
10. Capability of closing deals with CXO’s
Qualification:
11. BE/B.Tech + MBA Marketing / Equivalent (preferred) or, Graduate + MBA Marketing / Equivalent
Responsibilities:
Channel Centric:-
12. Identifying, appointing, developing, training & starting business with new focused AV/SI partners or dealers
13. Conceptualize, initiate & execute "channel focused" marketing program to ensure partner loyalty
14. Detailed Partner mapping & ensure mindshare & wallet share
15. Driving Distributor to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly Order & Sales target consistently.
Customer Centric:
16. Key Account Mapping & Management
17. Extensive Product Demonstration and Solution Articulation to Customers
18. Live Demonstration at customer location & convincing decision makers with the help of well-articulated & impressive presentation
19. Influencing buyers‘ purchase decision with Consultative Sales approach & Product Evangelism
20. Maintaining contact & relationship with all key clients to ensure repeat business and cross/up selling.

21. Preparing/facilitating techno-commercial proposal & presentations
22. Enabling Product Team sharing market information, help share regular inputs to create innovative & effective Marketing Collaterals, eDM etc
23. Assigned Territory specific Data Base marketing
