Key responsibilities include:
Leading the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely management reports for senior leadership and the board.
Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
Managing the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Driving process and system improvements, including the implementation and optimization of financial planning tools such as Oracle EPM.
Acting as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, providing analytical insights and leading special projects.
Coaching and developing the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Vereisten
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related financial roles.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Experience with financial planning systems, preferably Oracle EPM.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced skills in financial modeling and Excel.
Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen.
Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required.
Experience working in international settings is a plus.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
