TED is in charge of passing on the company’s culture, value attitudes & encourage our Engineers to become contributors to our strategy.
Mission
You will act as an HR project manager developing, coordinating, and implementing projects which ensure that best practices are applied throughout the company. The scope is highly evolutive and would target:
1. Welcoming and Onboarding of our consultants
2. Risk and moods management
3. Career evolution
4. Training path
5. Salary evolutions
6. Recognition programs
7. Off-boarding
You will translate business strategies & visions into workforce & culture set of actions
You will supervise the implementation of organizational & cultural changes.
The position is closely linked to the Business. To succeed you will have to solve problems & like working with different people from different backgrounds & countries.
