Role Overview
Navio Consulting is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Manager – IT to lead and enhance our talent engagement and client-facing relationship efforts. This fully remote position requires a candidate with proven experience managing professional relationships in IT contexts, a strong understanding of IT consulting delivery models, and the ability to align IT professionals with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Engagement
* Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements.
* Build relationships with IT professionals in the market and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Client Relationship & Account Support
* Act as a point of contact for IT clients and internal teams to ensure alignment between candidate capabilities and client expectations.
* Support client engagement by understanding project contexts and supporting staffing decisions.
* Coordinate with delivery and consulting teams to anticipate future talent needs and refine resourcing strategies.
Performance & Development
• Monitor and support talent performance, facilitating feedback loops between consultants and clients.
• Aid in the development of career progression plans and professional growth opportunities for IT consultants.
Data & Reporting
• Track recruiting and placement metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on talent engagement, retention, and pipeline health.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
• Represent Navio Consulting externally to strengthen its employer brand among IT professionals.
• Stay current with IT market trends and competitor talent practices to help shape recruitment and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT client relationship management, recruitment, or a closely related role within the IT industry.
* Experience working in or with IT consulting, technology services, or software delivery teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both internal stakeholders and external candidates/clients.
* Demonstrated ability to manage remote processes and stakeholders effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
