Role Overview:
* Take full ownership of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure smooth collaboration
* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems
* Ensure compliance with strict quality, safety, and operational standards
* Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets
* Liaise closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on project requirements and deliverables
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practices in all MEP activities
Requirements
* Proven track record managing MEP scopes on large-scale, technically complex projects
* Experience in environments requiring strict operational protocols and high safety standards
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous
* Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Immediate availability to start the contract
* Must have the legal right to work in Belgium (e.g., EU citizenship, valid work permit, or visa)
