You'll be the go-to administrative support for our international payroll team — helping to keep everything running smoothly across borders. From contracts and insurances to shadow payrolls and tax declarations, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
Your responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the international payroll team, which manages payroll A-Z for staff and crew outside the EU (under the DOSZ system) and for all payroll countries (excluding Belgian EU and merchant shipping).
Your tasks include:
* Preparing and discussing employment contracts.
* Processing cost claims.
* Managing DOSZ registrations and arranging insurance coverage.
* Handling onboarding and offboarding documentation.
* Supporting the administration of shadow payrolls (e.g. collecting passports, assignment letters, net salaries, and preparing local tax declarations).
* Maintaining accurate personal data in the HR system.
* Following up on insurance arrangements and claims.
* Helping to structure and streamline administrative processes.
Your profile
* Strong motivation to learn and ability to work in a high pressure environment.
* Experience in payroll is a plus.
* Structured and precise working style with a good overview of complex processes.
* Analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
* Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
* Proficient in Excel and MS Office (Workday knowledge is an asset).
* Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
* Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
