We are currently looking for a Telephony Designer to join a long-term mission in Belgium .
Your RoleYou will join a Telephony & IoT team, responsible for the operational management and evolution of IP telephony and call center environments, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and document IP telephony & call center architectures
* Manage VoIP systems, routing, call flows, and security
* Provide L2/L3 support and incident resolution
* Monitor and optimize system performance (QoS, latency, MOS, jitter)
* Coordinate with vendors and integrators
* Support telephony platform evolution, migration, and expansion projects
Required Skills:
* Strong expertise in IP Telephony (Mitel, Unify)
* Experience with Call Center platforms (Genesys Cloud preferred)
* Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, routing & switching
* Experience with telephony security (TLS/SRTP, SBC, firewalls)
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and monitoring tools (ServiceNow, Nagios, Grafana, or similar)
Languages:
* French: C1
* English: B2
