Requirements
* 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale transformation programs
* Own the end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap definition, timelines, and measurable outcomes
* Align multiple workstreams to ensure cohesive execution and strategic consistency
* Establish and manage robust governance frameworks, including RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking
* Ensure strong delivery controls, risk mitigation, and adherence to program plans
* Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and steering committees
* Manage system integrators and vendors, ensuring performance, accountability, and contractual compliance
* Oversee program and project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource optimization
* Track financial performance and provide accurate reporting
* Lead global, cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business analysts
* Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams
* Drive business readiness, user adoption, and communication strategies
* Ensure alignment of business processes, training, and change initiatives
* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to lead large, diverse, and globally distributed teams
* Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including modules (Finance, Supply Chain) and migration approaches (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
* Proficiency in delivery methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models
* Demonstrated leadership in managing complex ERP programs and driving organizational change
