You responsibilities:
* Manage the office supply of the office
* Manage the security and health of employees processes
* You take care of the post, pick up some deliveries, take care of the plants in the office, the coffee machine, etc
* You are in charge of the facilities (maintenance of the building, be in touch with suppliers if needed)
* Organisation of some small events with members
* Liaising with the accountant
* Sometimes: book travels for the director, manage agenda
* Someone between 1 and 5 years experience
* You have an excellent level in English, any other languages are welcome but not a must have
* You are a solar person, empathic, good with people, approchable
* Very organised person, eager to learn new things, take initiative
* Lenght of the mission: Beginning of October 2025 until July 2026
* Part-time job: 3/5th, possibility of one day/week of home office
