Job Description
* As an SAP VIM FICO expert, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the applications used for financial management (evolutionary and corrective) in close collaboration with client.
Tasks:
* You are involved in maintenance, support and project assignments and respect the predetermined planning
* You are the point of contact for business and draw up
* the functional analyses in close cooperation- You help monitor the priorities and execution of the assignments, and report on this to the ICT team leader
* You write functional analyses and perform technical analyses
* With your functional and technical knowledge/experience, you actively contribute to proposing changes and improvements within our domain
* You configure based on functional specifications
* You do the setup in the system
* You help your technical colleagues/developers
* You perform technical and system tests- You ensure good and up-to-date documentation for our applications, including technical operational manuals, service desk scripts, production manuals, knowledge base and training and user material
* You handle tickets as part of the incident management process
* You take into account the internal IT standards
* You meticulously apply the working methods in the context of the change and release management process
Must Have
* Proven experience in the operational management of SAP systems – 3 years – Medior
* Proven experience with ERP/SAP business processes analysis, process and technical specifications – Yes
* Proven experience in setting up and customizing electronic invoicing with Peppol – 2 years – Medior
* Demonstrable experience in setting up/maintaining/adapting SAP systems in module FICO, both in SAP R/3 and S4HANA, with a focus on AP (Accounts Payable) / P2P (Purchase2Pay) – 4 years – Medior
* Proven experience with OpenText’s VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) product – 3 years – Medior
* Ability to debug ABAP programs to investigate/understand program operation – Yes
* Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 – Yes
Should Have
* Demonstrable knowledge/experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for controlled management of Supplier master data – Yes
* Knowledge and experience of using IC4SAP (Intelligent Capture for SAP) component of OpenText – Yes
