What awaits you?
1. Responsible for the development and growth of the off-lease business within the BMW and MINI distributor network in BeLux.
2. Support distributors through project-based and customized initiatives (process optimization, commercial actions, implementations).
3. Analyze performance, targets and potential per distributor based on BMW Group Belux KPIs.
4. Act as point of contact for controlling and reporting.
5. Coach and guide the distributor network to achieve used car targets.
6. Proactively respond to trends and evolutions within the used car market.
7. Help determine the commercial used car strategy (pricing, volumes, P&L).
What should you bring along?
8. You have a master's degree in economics or are equivalent through knowledge and experience.
9. You have knowledge of and affinity with the second-hand market.
10. You have strong analytical skills that can be translated into strategic and tactical insights.
11. You are familiar with the MS-Office package, in particular a thorough knowledge of Excel.
12. You are motivated to develop the specific IT systems of the BMW Group.
13. You have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
14. You are creative, results-oriented and can organize your work independently.
