* Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
* Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements
* 6–8+ years of experience in X++ development and Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
* Develop and maintain customizations using X++, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Customize and extend standard D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
* Work with D365 extensibility framework, Data Management Framework (DMF), SSRS, and Electronic Reporting.
* Design and maintain integrations using OData, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
* Utilize Azure services and ensure seamless cloud-based integrations.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of custom solutions.
* Handle bug investigation and resolution as part of L3 support.
* Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
* Support deployments and provide post go-live support.
* Stay updated with latest D365 F&O updates and Microsoft best practices.
* Strong understanding of D365 architecture, data entities, and extension frameworks.
* Expertise in event handlers, chain of command, and custom services.
* Experience with SQL Server and ERP data models.
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with LCS, Visual Studio, and deployment processes.
* Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
* Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory processes.
* Experience with Utilities/Billing platforms (e.g., MECOMS).
* Experience handling large data volumes and performance optimization.
* Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integrations.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Experience in client-facing roles and workshop facilitation
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple vendors
* Strong understanding of workflows, business logic, and user roles in D365 F&O
* Proven experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations and upgrades
* Experience in gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and managing product backlogs
