Why we're looking for you:
We're growing our commercial efforts, expanding into new verticals, and running more campaigns, events, and content initiatives than ever. To keep that momentum, we need someone who thrives on
bringing structure, keeping the rhythm, and turning plans into shipped work.
You'll play a key role in how our stories get told, how our events come to life, how our campaigns launch, and how our brand shows up across channels. One week you might help shape a product campaign or run a customer interview; the next you're preparing an event flow, ordering Factry swag, or making sure a landing page is ready to ship.
The work is varied, visible, and central to how Factry runs its go-to-market.

What you'll be doing:
Event Organization:
Plan and execute Factry events and trade shows end-to-end. Narrative, theme, design, logistics, vendor management.
Marketing Swag:
Manage physical brand touchpoints: sweaters, beer, merch, and creative ways to stand out out internally and externally.
Campaign Planning:
Support planning and execution of vertical and product campaigns, research target accounts, coordinate assets, and ensure campaign tasks move forward on schedule.
Lead Capture & Follow-Up Ops:
Ensure leads from events, campaigns, and inbound flows are captured correctly in CRM and routed to sales, with follow-up sequences triggered.
Content Capture:
Organize content recording (events, interviews, customer sessions). Bonus if you can also shoot and edit video content.
Webflow Landing Pages:
Update and optimize landing pages in Webflow to support campaigns, events, and content distribution.
Content Ops Support:
Run expert interviews, prepare assets, schedule and publish content, handle approvals and print needs, and keep the content library structured and accessible.
AI & Automation:
Identify and implement useful AI workflows and automations for the marketing and sales team. Evaluate new tools, run experiments, and help deploy the ones that meaningfully improve efficiency and output.

Skills & experience we value
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong coordination and planning skills
* Able to manage multiple moving parts with deadlines
* Ownership mindset sees things through end-to-end
A plus if you are
* Comfortable working in Webflow (or eager to learn fast)
* Familiar with modern marketing tools (CRM, analytics, automation tools)
* experienced with video capture/editing
* A scrappy, resourceful and hands-on operator
