Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The role involves supporting executives with administrative tasks, managing schedules, overseeing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring day-to-day workflows are well-organized. The assistant may also be responsible for clerical duties and facilitating smooth communication within the organization.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Diary Management and schedule coordination
Excellent Communication abilities for effective internal and external interactions
Solid understanding and application of Clerical skills for organizing and maintaining records
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Proficiency with various office software and tools
Previous experience in a similar role or supporting executives preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
