A world class high-end hospitality design studio have an excellent career prospect for an Interiors Design Director to spearhead their design team based in the Flemish region of Belgium. They are looking for a talented individual with a previous track record in the design and delivery of luxury hotels for a smooth transition leading a highly creative team.
Providing strategy, first class creativity and leading teams from initial brief to handover, you will have overall responsibility at all design stages within the studio and give creative direction to lead and inspire others within the team.
You must be confident in front of clients and be highly skilled in pitching and maintaining crucial client relationships whilst forging new ones given that new business will be an element of the role.
Strong communication skills are key as you must already coming from a Directorship position, having an extensive hotel design background and be fluent in English, with Dutch & French a major bonus.
