MSAT Pharma Product Transfer Lead
Do you have an experience in drug product manufactoring (oral solution)?
In this role, you lead and support critical technology transfer activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You act as both technical expert and project lead for the transfer of a commercial oral solution product to an external manufacturing partner, ensuring continuity of supply for patients.
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Regulatory Affairs, Analytics, and Manufacturing, as well as external CMOs, to ensure a successful and compliant transfer while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards.
What will you do?
* Lead technology transfer activities to an external manufacturing site (CMO)
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budget
* Prepare and review technology transfer documentation, protocols, and validation reports
* Act as technical expert in oral solution drug product manufacturing (mixing, filling, IPCs, process parameters)
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including QA, RA, Analytics, and Manufacturing
* Lead manufacturing investigations and second-line troubleshooting
* Ensure regulatory and quality compliance throughout the project
* Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
Who are you?
* Must have an experience in Drug product manufacturing (Oral solution)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (8–10+ years preferred)
* Strong experience in technology transfer and project management
* Solid technical expertise in oral solution drug product manufacturing (essential)
* Experience with process validation and manufacturing investigations
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external CMOs
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements
* Fluent in French
* Autonomous, assertive, and able to manage complex technical projects
