What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
* Implement maintenance routines in Bandirma, Elazig and Izmir;
* Comply with HSE norms, instructions and safe working procedures
* Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures
* Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
* Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
* Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety
* Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
* Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
* Support the Maintenance Manager in implementing and improving technical standards and maintenance systems
* Perform systematic analysis (FTA) for critical equipment and monitor MTTR & MTBF, proposing improvement actions
* Establish, revise, and optimize maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, corrective) to ensure equipment reliability
* Monitor KPIs, benchmarking, and maintenance budget; take actions to achieve targets
* Support maintenance operations during planned shutdowns and daily activities
* Establish and manage maintenance plans via SAP PM; ensure effective planning and execution
* Perform systematic analysis (FTA) for failures and eliminate chronic breakdowns
* Monitor MTTR & MTBF and drive continuous improvement actions
* Ensure reliability and performance of equipment in the slaughterhouse operations
* Manage spare parts processes including stock optimization and localization (nationalization)
* Lead and implement maintenance routines across Bandirma, Izmir, and Elazig sites
* Provide technical support for Yield, Quality, Productivity, and HSE practices
* Disseminate best maintenance practices and adjust maintenance standards when needed
* Deliver and support technical trainings, including BRF Maintenance Guide
* Define technical parameters for maintenance activities (lubrication, inspection, PM, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with HSE rules, risk assessments, safe working procedures, and reporting of incidents
What kind of profile are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance
* Based in Bandirma or open to relocation
* Knowledge of automation systems is a must
* Experience with SAP PM is a strong plus
What competencies are key to this role?
* Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices
* Good understanding of efficiency concepts and maintenance systems (preventive, predictive, corrective)
* Knowledge of PLC & HMI systems (Mitsubishi & Siemens), including backup and troubleshooting
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills (PDCA, root cause analysis, etc.)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with different levels of the organization
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility to work in shifts and dynamic environments
* Ability to work in multicultural environments and coordinate effectively
* Experience in managing maintenance budget and performance indicators (MPI)
* Commitment to audit standards and continuous improvement
