What you will do and learn:
1. You help our clients in the execution of their data and analytics. Act as a key contributor to collect, clean, transform and analyze data for efficient decision making to meet business expectations. Support in the data analytics tool selection process (RfX, etc.)
2. Report and visualize key insights from performed analysis to be shared with key stakeholders (e.g: via PowerBI, Tableau, slides, etc.)
3. Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
4. Identify and proactively propose actionable improvements improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
5. Follow risk management and compliance procedures
6. Design and implement automation solutions end-to-end to streamline data processing, reporting and operational workflows, contributing to efficiency and standardization
7. Share and collaborate effectively with others
8. Take on leadership responsibilities by coordinating and guiding small teams or junior colleagues on defined work packages
9. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials you produce
10. Build and maintain an internal and external network
11. Use creative problem-solving methods and work in an international, multidisciplinary team
12. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Who you are
14. A relevant university degree in IT (management) or IT technology-related programmes or Business Administration/Management, Economics, Computer and Information Science, or any other relevant university degree that showcases your capabilities
15. You have a strong interest in data analytics, IT tools and the opportunities they offer as well as a good understanding of how to leverage them
16. You have a strong ability to leverage and turn your key findings into clear and outstanding presentations
17. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis
18. Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying reports, dashboards, and metrics
19. The ability to express yourself fluently in English and Dutch and/or French
20. Strong Analytical skills
21. Strong verbal communication skills
22. Strong interpersonal skills
23. Excellent time management skills under tight deadlines
24. The ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks and as part of a team
25. Keep upskilling yourself via training and on the job learning and actively share knowledge with junior collegues
Moreover, you have an interest, and/or initial experience in several of the following:
26. PowerBI and Tableau knowledge
27. Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus
28. SQL / Python knowledge is a plus
29. Project management & Microsoft certification is a plus (e.g. Prince II, PMI, Agile/Scrum, Azure AI, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, etc.)
30. Interest in new technologies like generative AI
