Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles within the company. This includes proactively sourcing and prospecting candidates, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their hiring goals, and driving all recruiting activities related to sourcing and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across EMEA and APAC regions
* Proactively source and prospect candidates through available tools and develop qualified candidate leads
* Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their hiring goals and requirements
* Drive all recruiting activities related to sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and closing deals
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment with a wide range of positions
* Able to consistently produce a high volume of reach-outs to targeted passive candidates
* Experience recruiting for sales roles is mandatory
* International recruitment experience, specifically in EMEA and APAC regions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
