As Operations Manager, you ensure that the office, systems, and processes run smoothly. You are the go-to person for operational efficiency, IT coordination, and internal support, enabling our accountants and advisers to focus on clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize daily operations of the HQOversee internal IT systems, infrastructure, and digital toolsAct as first point of contact for internal IT issues and user supportCoordinate external IT partners (software providers, network, security)Monitor system performance, data security, access rights, and backupsImprove workflows through automation, standardisation, and process optimisationSupport capacity planning, KPIs, and operational reportingTranslate strategic goals into practical operational initiatives
Your Profile5+ years' experience in operations, or IT-enabled rolesExperience with Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and user managementKnowledge of Network, hardware, and workplace IT setups is idealIT security, GDPR awareness, and access controlHands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable supporting end usersFluent in Dutch, good working knowledge of English
