🚀 Customer Success Consultant – FinTech / SaaS | Antwerp (On-site Preferred)
Following a recent board decision, a fast-growing SaaS company is expanding its Customer Success team. As the current Customer Success Consultant transitions into a more technical role, we’re looking for a strong replacement to take ownership of customer onboarding and consulting.
This is a key hire — the transition will only happen once you are in place.
🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while acting as a trusted financial and product advisor.
* Onboard new customers and guide them through implementation
* Configure and set up the SaaS application to match customer needs
* Act as a consultant for financial and operational questions
* Support customers post-onboarding to ensure long-term success
* Collaborate closely with Product and Technical teams
* Take ownership in a small team where versatility is key
* Grow into a more senior or team lead role as the company scales
* This role combines customer success, consulting, and hands-on configuration.
🎯 What You Bring
* 2–3 years of experience in financial auditing or a financial consulting role
* Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting
* Native-level Dutch and English
* Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
* Proactive attitude — someone who takes charge when needed
* Based in or near Antwerp
