For an employer active in external Talent Management Solutions, we are currently looking for Talent Specialist / Customer Service Manager in the MSP program which they are offering towards their customers. In this role, you will be managing large volume talent pools for different companies or specific projects.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Facilitate end 2 end process for external talent: request -> fulfillment -> administration
- Bridge internal stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor
- Manage the pooling systems and advertizing
- Manage the interview process until onboarding, including budget negotiations
- Evaluate quality of delivery and hold feedback review meetings
- Act as a SPOC for your clients and candidates
Requirements
- Relevant experiences in Talent Management, recruitment, staffing or contracting
- Bachelor degree or similar experiences - Excellent knowledge of MS office and other office tools and systems
- Good communication skills, native Dutch or French with additional good level of English
- You are working pro-actively in a well structured way. Correct administration is key
- You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team in which you are able to communicate within different levels and stakeholders.
- You have a positive attitude with problem solving skills
