Our client, a prominent professional federation in the legal and public service sector, is looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to build state‑of‑the‑art digital solutions. The role involves developing pragmatic and user‑friendly software that simplifies complex administrative interactions between citizens and public services within a secure microservices architecture.
* Design and develop technical solutions based on functional requirements following security and legal standards.
* Build efficient and maintainable Java applications using modern software development patterns.
* Ensure software quality through unit and integration testing, documentation, and security compliance checks.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the evolution of a Service Oriented Architecture.
* Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver reusable and maintainable services.
* Coach less experienced developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
* You have 4+ years of full stack development experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
* You possess 3+ years of experience in frontend development using Angular, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
* You bring experience with data and integration technologies including SQL Server, JPA, REST, and Maven.
* You're familiar with reactive programming and state management using RxJs and Redux.
* You possess practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment within GCP.
* You have a strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and object‑oriented design.
* You are proactive, autonomous, and demonstrate a detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
* You are fluent in French or Dutch with passive knowledge of the other language and professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Haves
* Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with Domain Driven Design principles.
* Knowledge of Angular CLI, Material Design, and JavaScript testing frameworks.
