We hire at senior consultant and manager levels.br /As a strongBusiness Analyst / Functional Analyst /strong, you will play a critical role in shaping our consulting services within the financial services sector. With at least 1 to 6 years of relevant experience and a background in financial services, you’ll be an invaluable part of the teams and projects that redefine what's possible in financial services transformation. br /This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong ambition to grow their functional expertise and leadership skills. /ppstrongYour key responsibilities /strong /ppYour responsibilities include: /pullistrongAnalyzing the AS-IS situation: /strong Gain a clear understanding of the current business processes and identify gaps in alignment with the target architecture and business objectives /lilistrongEliciting requirements: /strong Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and user needs /lilistrongDesign support: /strong Assist in defining functional specifications and designing TO-BE processes using tools like BPMN or UML to document workflows and functional models /lilistrongFacilitating collaboration: /strong Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to align on requirements and ensure shared understanding /lilistrongTesting and validation: /strong Support testing phases by preparing use cases, test scenarios, and validating that delivered solutions align with business requirements /lilistrongChange management support: /strong Assist with user training and adoption strategies to ensure smooth deployment of new solutions /lilistrongContinuous learning: /strong Stay up to date on industry trends, business transformation practices, and functional analysis methodologies /li /ulpstrongSkills and attributes for success /strong /pullistrongEducational background: /strong Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (business or civil engineering, computer science, economics, information system management, etc.) /lilistrongProfessional experience: /strong Demonstrate 1 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting and/or the financial services sector, showcasing a track record as a business analyst, functional analyst, or related roles /lilistrongKey expertise: /strongulliExperience in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and working with functional teams /liliUnderstanding of project lifecycles, including working in Agile teams /liliKnowledge of business process modeling tools (e.G., BPMN, UML) and agile tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence) /li /ul /lilistrongOther skills: /strongulliStrong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving /liliOutstanding stakeholder management and ability to build relationships through clear communication /liliCertifications such as Agile (Scrum, Product Owner), or business analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus /li /ul /lilistrongLanguage proficiency: /strong Fluent in either or both Dutch and French, complemented with a strong command of business Englishbr / /li /ulpstrongWhat we offer you /strongbr /We offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
