For one of our international clients, we are looking for young graduates in Engineering.
During 18 months, you will join 3 different teams of experienced professionals and work on projects.
1. Learn about the relevant business or product line
2. Take ownership of and complete engaging projects within the rotation timeframe.
3. Explore your interests and grow your technical expertise in chosen fields.
4. Engage with supervisors and participate in structured learning process to develop your technical, professional and leadership skills.
Profile:
5. Master in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering or related disciplines.
6. Maximum of 2 years of work experience.
7. Fluent in English and French.
8. Team-player
9. Able to quickly adapt to requirements of different groups and situations.
10. Performing well under first-time circumstances or with limited resources.
11. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
12. Self-development orientation, curiosity to learn new things and seeking solutions or to create.
13. Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
