The Role & MissionAs Head of QA/QC Piping, you will take responsibility for a 15-person QA/QC department and report at a senior level within the organization.Your mandate is clear and ambitious:Lead, structure and upgrade the QA/QC Piping teamSignificantly raise the maturity level of quality practices across all EPC projectsStrengthen technical rigor while making QA/QC a value-adding partner, not just a control functionDrive a modernization and digitalization roadmap, including the integration of AI and data-driven quality toolsAct as the technical authority and reference for QA/QC Piping, internally and externallyYou will play a critical role in ensuring that quality scales in line with the company's growth, without slowing down execution.
