About Our Advisory Services
We're looking for a Manager to lead our People Advisory team in delivering high-quality services to clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, providing actionable recommendations, and contributing to project reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery;
* Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes;
* Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent with excellent results, preferably in HR Management;
* At least 5 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role, preferably from a Consulting company;
* Strong proven experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM;
* Passionate about working with HR data and approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
* Commercial mindset, client-oriented together with a hands-on approach;
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities;
* Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while simultaneously managing a team to ensure successful delivery;
* Play a pivotal role in driving and developing the team's business development activities, supporting its growth and the expansion of its service offerings;
* Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team's skills and knowledge based on your experience;
* Digitally minded;
* Good networking skills and proven project experience in by preference large corporate and/or public sector clients;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
