As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements for banking solutions.
2. Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Solution Design: Work with IT and business teams to design and implement innovative banking solutions aligned with regulatory standards and business goals.
4. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
5. Project Support: Contribute to project planning, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
6. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
7. A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong affinity for IT and technology-driven solutions.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
10. Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.
11. Fluency in French/Dutch and English
