1. Group Consolidation & IFRS Reporting
* Prepare consolidated financial statements.
* Perform intercompany eliminations, consolidation entries, and reconciliation of group accounts.
* Apply and interpret complexIFRS standards, including:
o IFRS 18
o IFRS 3 (Business Combinations)
o IAS 19 (Employee Benefits)
o Pillar 2
o IFRS rules for financial participations and joint ventures
* Prepare notes to the financial statements and support external audits.
2. Annual & Periodic Reporting
* Contribute to the drafting of the annual report across 3 languages (9 versions) using Pomdoc.
* Support the production of quarterly and yearly reporting packages.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of disclosures across all reporting versions.
3. Group Controlling & Planning
* Support theMedium‑Term Plan (20‑year group planning):
o consolidation of business plans from 3 divisions,
o simulation of acquisition scenarios, dividends, and cash impacts.
* Work closely with the controlling team (6 FTE) who oversee multiple countries.
* Support holding entity reporting and international performance monitoring.
4. Technical Projects & Standard Changes
* Implement changes in accounting standards and group procedures.
* Contribute to process optimisation within consolidation tools (Sigma Conso, SAP, Profix).
Technical Skills
* 5 to 10 years of experience in IFRS consolidation in an international group.
* Strong command of:
o IFRS standards (incl. IFRS 3, IFRS 18, IAS 19, Pillar 2),
o business combinations & fixed asset accounting,
o intercompany eliminations & consolidation entries.
* Proficiency with SAP, Sigma Conso, Profix is an asset.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Soft Skills
* Hands-on, autonomous and able to "do the entries" when needed.
* Strong ability to analyse accounts and identify inconsistencies.
* Smart, structured thinker with good judgement ("common sense").
* Team player with strong communication skills.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-moving, international environment.
Languages
* Trilingual EN / FR / NL preferred.
