Instrumentation Engineer - Space
A skilled Instrumentation Engineer is needed to ensure the successful assembly, integration, and testing of space instruments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision engineering and excellent analytical skills.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineer with a background in instrumentation, who can work effectively in cleanroom environments. As an Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our space instruments meet the highest standards and specifications.
You will work closely with the design office to develop and maintain test and assembly procedures. Additionally, you will support the development of tools (hardware and software) for our space projects.

* Ensure the accurate assembly, integration, and testing of space instruments
* Develop and maintain test and assembly procedures
* Support the development of tools (hardware and software) for space projects
* Work in close collaboration with the design office
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field
* Minimum 5 years of proven work experience specifically in AIV (Assembly, Integration, and Verification), preferably within the space or aerospace sector
* Authorized to work in Belgium
* Hands-on experience with cleanroom procedures and high-precision assembly
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
* Familiarity with quality standards and documentation practices
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
