About the Company
BPN (Better Payment Networks) is a PayFi infrastructure, Incubated through Yzilabs, built on Binance Chain. We seek to disrupt traditional cross border payment systems by allowing local stablecoin issuers to build their liquidity pools while providing users with near real time and ultra-low cost payments and remittance solutions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in regulatory products, European compliance frameworks, payment acquiring, and FX liquidity services. This role will lead the design and execution of compliant payment and crypto-related products across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of compliance-driven products, especially within European regulatory frameworks (EMI, VASP, MiCA, etc.)
Own end-to-end payment acquiring product lifecycle, including:
Card acquiring
PSP integrations
Clearing & settlement logic
Risk control mechanisms
Participate in FX liquidity-related service design (multi-currency accounts, hedging mechanisms, liquidity provider integrations)
Work closely with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and external partners to ensure regulatory alignment
Monitor regulatory updates (especially in Europe) and translate them into product strategies
Leverage AI tools to enhance product documentation, workflow automation, competitive analysis, and data insights
Prepare bilingual product documentation and support cross-border communication
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in fintech / payments / crypto
Solid understanding of European regulatory frameworks (EMI, VASP, MiCA preferred)
Hands-on experience with payment acquiring products
Familiar with FX liquidity services and multi-currency settlement mechanisms
Proficient in AI tools to improve product efficiency
Fluent in both English and Chinese (written & verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in licensed European financial institutions
Crypto exchange or wallet background
0-to-1 regulatory product building experience
Experience working with banks, payment institutions, card schemes, or liquidity providers
