The RoleAs part of our continuous growth, ALTEN Belgium is looking for a Project Leader to manage high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects in East and West Flanders.You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of substation projects (36 kV to 380 kV), from definition and design to execution, commissioning, and administrative closure. You will manage planning, budget, and coordination with all involved stakeholders.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead electrical infrastructure projects for high-voltage substations (380, 220, 150, 70 and 36 kV)Define project scope, perform studies, and coordinate design activitiesPrepare preliminary designs, budgets, and project planningManage project planning, budget follow-up, and reportingContribute to tender documentation and participate in procurement processesCoordinate and supervise on-site project execution with internal teams, contractors, and suppliersDeliver projects autonomously with regular reporting to the manager
Your ProfileMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory)Experience in project management (junior profiles / starters are also welcome)Knowledge of high-voltage systemsStrong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skillsAssertive and customer-oriented communicatorTeam player with a solution-oriented and proactive mindset
