Your Role
We are looking for Life Insurance Business Analysts to contribute to key initiatives such as portfolio migration projects and commercial development programs.
You'll become part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 professionals specializing in individual and collective life insurance, bringing together Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver high-impact transformation projects.
Your Responsibilities
Depending on your profile, you will primarily support projects focused on the migration of individual life insurance policies.
Analysis
* Analyze product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance migrations
* Define, document, and formalize business requirements in line with quality standards
* Identify process impacts related to the migration of individual life insurance policies
* Ensure a shared understanding between Business and IT stakeholders
Testing
* Prepare and execute process and calculation test scenarios
Monitoring & Coordination
* Act as a key liaison between Business and IT teams
* Provide regular progress reporting on assigned activities
You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) and build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external partners
Your Profile
* Strong knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes (mandatory)
* Solid experience with "Classique" life insurance products (mandatory)
* Experience with life insurance portfolio migrations
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector
* University degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience
* Familiar with at least one business/process analysis methodology
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
