Our company is looking for an IT technician that will support various projects and endusers in Brussels.The detailed information is specified below.Your tasksAttending periodical meetings with the client leadershipWorking properly with client's ticketing system, dealing with incidents and requests in accordance with SLA'sGiving priority to VIPs' cases and high priority cases pointed out by the client's leadershipCooperating with client's teams in the resolution of local casesSupporting remote users, if neededProviding new joiners with their equipment (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.), properly installed/configured in accordance with client's standardAssisting customers with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, tablets, smartphones, and other electronic devices within established standards and guidelinesContacting end users, especially in case of Very Dissatisfied responses, leading to final resolution of the issues they experienced as well as avoiding future reoccurrences of such casesSupporting client's remote teams, in case of site's servers/network devices require local interventionSupporting local meetings/conference rooms, updating on weekly basis a report to be issued in SharePoint with status of local meeting roomsKeeping track of spare items in stock, updating on weekly basis a report to be issued in SharePointDelivering attendance sheet regularlyYour skillsLanguages : English, French and ( Dutch will be a strong plus)Customer orientationGood end-user liaisonProblem solving and decision-making attitudeConstantly oriented to deliver resultsAvailability in working in TeamAvailability in working under pressureAbility to work and organize the work without supervisionFlexibility and cooperative attitudePolite behaviour and good mannersAble to work on own initiativeGood command of English and fluency either in French or in Dutch(A valid driving Licence)Does this offer seem interesting to you?
